As a holding, we invest in a range of portfolio companies. Beyond that, in these two fronts, we are direct operators.
Real estate asset management
Management of multifamily residential and commercial portfolios (corporate office floors, light logistics warehouses) of mid to high standard, in consolidated regions of São Paulo city and metropolitan area.
We manage from R$ 5 million in asset value, with no upper limit, under a long term contract (minimum 24 months) with proprietary technology tracking the operation. We do not outsource tracking to a third party platform.
Real estate investment fund
Khalli also operates its own real estate investment vehicle, focused on income and appreciation, with assets segregated from the holding's balance sheet.
Each asset acquisition goes through complete documentary due diligence before purchase, focused on generating recurring income. This section is institutional and does not constitute an investment offer or a promise of return.
Technology (PropTech)
Khalli builds in house the real estate asset management system that sustains its own operation, and licenses the same system to other administrators and real estate firms.
Serves administrators and managers who already operate their own portfolio, not an individual buying property for personal use.
