GOVERNANCE

The same control standard across every front of activity.

Governance at Khalli is not a committee that meets once a quarter: it is the control system that runs every month, across every company, property or portfolio under our administration.

Monthly close

Every asset under Khalli's administration, whether a portfolio company, a property or a portfolio, goes through a formal monthly close: reconciliation, results calculation and a report comparable to the prior period. The partner or owner receives the number, not an estimate.

Control panel

The same system that sustains the management of Khalli's real estate assets also organizes the tracking of stakes in portfolio companies: comparable indicators month over month, without relying on a loose spreadsheet.

Each front has its own set of indicators, financial, operational, compliance, but all of them follow the same closing standard and the same calendar.

The technology behind the control

The system named above exists and has a name: Phanes, built by IKKI, the same group Khalli belongs to. The panel below is not a demo slide, it is the same executive panel Khalli uses to track its own operation. We do not outsource to a third party platform any asset under our direct administration.

The same panel calculates valuation by market multiple, applied to portfolio companies and to the real estate assets under administration. Growth and exit price tracking follows this single benchmark, not a separate estimate built outside the system.

Real estate asset tracking

Every property and every managed portfolio runs on its own dashboard, with pass-through, delinquency and occupancy updated month over month. It is the same dashboard used internally that we license to administrator clients of the technology pillar.

Portfolio company tracking

Stakes in portfolio companies enter their own financial tracking module: the founder or manager of each company feeds revenue, margin and governance indicators directly, comparable month over month.

Close and reconciliation

Every monthly close, across every front, goes through the same reconciliation module: revenue and expense matched against the bank statement before any number is treated as final.

Compliance

Full documentary due diligence before any company, property or portfolio enters, and periodic corporate and tax compliance checks throughout the administration.

Data handling

Khalli handles financial and registration data of portfolio companies, owners and unit holders under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), with access restricted to the team responsible for each front of activity. Full detail in the privacy policy.

Decision structure

Allocation, entry and exit decisions go through formal review before any commitment: documentary due diligence, contract formalization and the definition of the reporting standard that asset will follow from entry onward.

Leadership

Khalli's leadership answers directly for allocation decisions, for the administration of each front of activity and for maintaining the control standard across the entire portfolio.

Names and roles will appear on this page as soon as there is formal authorization for publication. Khalli does not publish the identity of a partner or executive without that approval.

One standard, three fronts

A portfolio company, a managed property or a fund asset: the standard for due diligence at entry, monthly close and comparable reporting is the same. It is this standard, not the size of the check, that defines whether something joins Khalli.
